The Faculty of Applied Sciences & Technology (FAST) offers a dynamic learning environment, combining academic theory with hands-on practice in fields such as cybersecurity, engineering, embedded systems, and skilled trades. With cutting-edge facilities, applied research projects, and strong industry connections, FAST prepares students for careers in emerging technologies and complex systems. Faculty members are vital in advancing research and developing future leaders.
The successful candidate will teach courses in the Welding Techniques program at the North campus. Responsibilities include curriculum development, lesson planning, assessing student progress, and class management. The candidate should foster an effective learning environment, collaborate with team members, and support student advising, recruitment, and placement. Additionally, the role involves developing community partnerships, participating in committees, promoting the program, and maintaining industry ties.
