Job summary

Fanshawe College is hiring part-time faculty to teach in the Mechanical Engineering Technician – Industrial Maintenance program at the St. Thomas/Elgin Regional Campus.

This in-person role requires availability Monday through Friday during daytime hours, up to 6 hours per week, starting immediately and ending by April 16, 2026. Successful candidates will deliver classroom, lab, and shop-based instruction, focusing on industrial maintenance, safety, and hands-on skills.

• C of Q industrial millwright (433A) or equivalent
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field
• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and mechanical systems

Fanshawe College is seeking experienced and student-focused Part-Time Professors, Industrial Maintenance / Millwright to join the Mechanical Engineering Technician – Industrial Maintenance program at the St. Thomas/Elgin Regional Campus.

This is an in-person teaching position based at the St. Thomas/Elgin Regional Campus. Successful candidates must be available to teach any time during daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
