Advantage Solutions is seeking an energetic team member to drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling at locations where people shop. The role emphasizes friendly interaction, safety, and teamwork, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, and there are opportunities for additional hours based on performance and business needs.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Capable of lifting up to 23 kilograms and standing for up to 6 hours
• Maintain a safety-first mindset in a retail setting
• Willing to help prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to the work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and teamwork
• Self-starter with strong action orientation and results drive

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Can lift up to 23 kilograms on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
