Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to drive sales through live events and sampling in retail locations across Ontario. You will engage customers, bring brands to life, and support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new teammates.

Applicants should be friendly, energetic, able to lift up to 23 kg, and available 4+ days a week including Sundays and Mondays. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Can lift up to 23 kilograms on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
