• Must hold a valid license in good standing from the relevant provincial licensing body.
• Minimum of six months of primary care experience in the last two years.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated primary care services to patients onsite and via call-back.
• Document all patient encounters in EMR/EHR, including progress notes, assessments, treatments and consultations.
• Prescribe medications according to the client's formulary.
• Participate in grievance, investigation, and human rights processes, or court proceedings that may include a review of the Physician's documentation.
• Provide call-back services and telephone consultations.
