The instructor will teach Tue-Sat, participate in a collaborative Health Sciences Department, and promote a dynamic, inclusive learning environment aligned with Indigenous safety and humility concepts.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Diploma in Practical Nursing or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Current practicing license with no limits or conditions from BC College of Nurses and Midwives.
• Minimum three to five years of recent Canadian nursing experience.
• Course work in Indigenous cultural safety and humility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver APN 135: Integrated Nursing Practice A.
• Create a learning environment with diverse instructional strategies and evidence-informed practice.
• Coordinate classroom, laboratory, simulation, and practice experiences to connect theory with clinical care.
