Job summary

Collective Arts Brewing Co. in Hamilton, ON, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Team Member to ensure online orders are picked, packed, and prepared for shipment daily.

You will manage the daily flow through our shipping platform and prepare packages for courier pickup at our Hamilton brewery. The role requires strong organization, dependability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following established processes while identifying improvements.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in order fulfillment or shipping roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfort with standing, lifting and packing 25–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review and organize the day’s online orders.
• Pick products from warehouse and retail inventory.
• Carefully pack beer, cocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, merchandise and apparel.
• Verify each order before sealing and shipping it.
• Process shipping labels and prepare packages for courier pickup.
• Communicate inventory, packaging or shipping issues to the appropriate team.
• Monitor boxes, labels and other packing supplies.
• Keep the fulfillment area clean and organized.
• Support occasional product movement or restocking as needed.
