You will greet patients, conduct exams per clinical protocols, and help train staff while building trust with patients.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.
• Strong communication skills with patients and staff.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Conveys commitment to patient service and NECE execution.
• Greet patients and assist with phones when needed.
• Perform exams per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Develop Doctor and staff training in clinical protocols and procedures.
• Maintain safe, productive work environment with leadership.
