Job summary

EssilorLuxottica seeks an Associate Optometrist (Part-Time) to join Pearle Vision. You will work with the Store Manager and leadership team to deliver exceptional eyecare, maintain safety standards, and guide Associate Doctors on clinical protocols. A strong focus on patient experience and teamwork will drive store success.

You will participate in ongoing training, uphold HIPAA and safety guidelines, and help grow exams and ancillary services while delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry and knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conveys a 100% commitment to patient service through executing NECE.
• Greet patients and answer phones when needed.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Coach Associate Doctors on clinical protocols and audits.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to achieve store targets and performance reviews.
