Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead the execution of NECE with exceptional patient care.
• Greet patients, answer phones when needed, and ensure a seamless eyecare experience.
• Conduct service per clinical protocols and provide accurate diagnoses and recommendations.
• Coach and develop associate doctors on clinical protocols and performance.
• Collaborate with store staff to meet sales and clinical targets.
