Job summary

Lanark County’s Lanark Lodge is a 163-bed long-term care home that emphasizes resident-centered care. We are recruiting for a Part-Time On-Call Recreation Level 1 position commencing as soon as possible, with a salary range of $29.09 to $31.04 (2026 rates) under CUPE.

Lanark County’s – Lanark Lodge, “People Caring for People”, is a 163 bed Long Term Care Home accredited with Accreditation Canada that strives to provide progressive resident centered care for our residents in an atmosphere of respect that fosters independence and fulfillment. We are currently recruiting for the following position commencing as soon as possible.

PART-TIME ON-CALLRECREATION LEVEL 1

POSITION/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Assist residents to achieve optimum physical, mental and social functioning by facilitating group and individualized programs.
• Two (2) year Diploma in Recreation/Leisure studies or Gerontology.
• Minimum three (3) months’ experience in recreation in a long-term care environment.

This is an existing vacant position with a salary range is $29.09 to $31.04 (2026 rates) as per the C.U.P.E. Collective Agreement.
