The Part-Time Office Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations of the Toronto office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential and time-sensitive information. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the business, helping to ensure the office runs smoothly while delivering a positive experience for employees and visitors.

This position is scheduled for 24 hours per week , with attendance required five days per week . Typical office hours are expected to fall within core business hours and can be discussed during the interview process. Some flexibility may be available; however, any schedule adjustments must support business needs and be approved by the Hiring Manager in advance.
