A leading company in portable energy solutions is seeking a German & English Bilingual Tech Support Agent. The candidate will provide exceptional customer support across various platforms, ensuring prompt resolution of issues while maintaining records of interactions. Ideal candidates will have a background in customer service with bilingual fluency in German and English.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a German & English Bilingual Tech Support Agent.
Industry : Portable Battery, Portable Power
Working Time : 1pm-5pm, Monday-Friday (Berlin Daylight Saving Time)
Working Channels : Call, Email, Livechat
Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service / Tech support in both German and English via call, email, and live chat channels
Assist customers with inquiries, technical support, troubleshooting, and product information related to portable battery and portable power products
Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer issues or concerns
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex technical queries or escalate issues as required
Requirements :
Experience in online customer service and familiarity with multi-channel communication processes (Email, Hotline, Livechat)
Fluent spoken English without accent and ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal language
Possess frontline customer service etiquette and skills
Nice to Have :
With Call Center experience
Familiarity with new energy products, preferably with experience in serving high-priced smart home hardware products such as floor sweepers and robots
Basic knowledge of electricity usage, including specialized terms and concepts such as AC / DC power, input / output, load, power, etc.
