McGill University, Department of Music Performance, Ensemble Resource Office, seeks a part-time staff member to support ensemble operations. You will prepare, distribute and collect sheet music, submit attendance within 24 hours, and efficiently set up and strike rehearsals around sessions.

Responsibilities include seating chart coordination and close work with the Ensemble Resource Supervisor and Performance Librarian. Must be a music student; some weekend work may be required.

Formación

• Must be a music student.
• Good communication in person and by email.
• Keen attention to detail and timely follow-up to emails.
• Preference given to ensemble members.
• Work schedule is coordinated with ensemble Director(s); weekends may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, distribute and collect sheet music for the ensemble.
• Submit official attendance records within 24 hours.
• Efficiently set up and strike rehearsals in the 30 minutes before and after rehearsals.
• Confirm seating charts and assignments for rehearsals.
• Work directly with the Ensemble Resource Supervisor and Performance Librarian.
