Job summary

Merchandising Consultants Associates in New Westminster, BC is seeking reliable Merchandising Representatives to support a Direct Store Delivery program in big box retail stores. You will work with client products after delivery, keeping shelves organized to support sales.

This fast-paced, physical role requires safety, organization, and clear communication. Steel-toed shoes are required on site; applicants must reside in Canada and be eligible to work.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in retail, grocery, warehouse, or merchandising environments.
• Fast-paced environment with clear productivity expectations.
• Physically able to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.
• Holding a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and replenishing products following DSD deliveries.
• Rotating product to ensure freshness and quality.
• Building and maintaining displays and promotional signage.
• Monitoring inventory levels.
• Processing damaged, expired, and unsaleable products.
• Ensuring products are neatly arranged and ready for customers.
• Using smartphone apps to collect data, take photos, and complete reports.

Merchandising Consultants Associates

Location: New Westminster, BC
Job Type: Independent Contractor
Wage: $20 per hour
Schedule: Multiple shift times available, Monday to Friday, early mornings, afternoons, and weekends

About the Role

We are currently looking for reliable, energetic Merchandising Representatives to support a leading manufacturer's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) program in big box retail stores. In this role, you will work directly with the client's products after they have been delivered to the store, maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves and displays that support sales.

This is a fast-paced, physical role in a busy retail environment where multiple vendors, store employees, and deliveries happen simultaneously. Being able to work safely, stay organized, and communicate effectively is essential. Steel toed shoes/boots are required on site.
