Job summary

MCA is seeking reliable Merchandising Representatives in Burnaby, BC to support a Direct Store Delivery program in big box retailers. This is a fast-paced, physical role with on-site work; steel-toed shoes are required and training will be provided.

You will maintain stocked shelves, set up displays, monitor inventory, and report data using smartphone apps. Prior retail experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred for this independent contractor position.

• Physically able to lift, bend, stretch, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Job Type: Independent Contractor
Wage: $20 per hour
Schedule: Multiple shift times available, Monday to Friday, early mornings, afternoons, and weekends

About the Role

We are currently looking for reliable, energetic Merchandising Representatives to support a leading manufacturer's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) program in big box retail stores. In this role, you will work directly with the client's products after they have been delivered to the store, maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves and displays that support sales.

This is a fast-paced, physical role in a busy retail environment where multiple vendors, store employees, and deliveries happen simultaneously. Being able to work safely, stay organized, and communicate effectively is essential. Steel toed shoes/boots are required on site.
