The Details

This is a part-time position servicing our customer's stores during the daytime. The hours will range from 16-32 per week with potential for up to 40 hours a week during our peak seasons.

Wage : $17.95 / Hour

KM Reimbursement : $0.62 / KM between Stores

Workdays : Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, & Sunday.

Hours : Approximately 20 hours per week.

Shifts : Days, scheduled between 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Responsibilities

• Elevate the shopping experience by maintaining well-stocked and appealing product displays throughout the store. This involves transporting goods from the backroom to the front-of-store using manual or powered equipment such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks.
• Design, alter, or remove product displays, ensuring adherence to company standards. Maintain product signage, cleanliness, organization, and address damaged or defective items promptly.
• Uphold Coca-Cola Canada Bottling and store policies regarding backroom management, display organization, replenishment, equipment use, and safety practices.
• Organize the backroom efficiently, monitor inventory levels, report issues, and complete necessary paperwork meticulously.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work environment in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
• Regularly lift, carry, and position products weighing up to 50 lbs (22 kg), including reaching above shoulder height.
• Be flexible with kneeling, squatting, and reaching tasks.
• Push and pull manual or powered equipment containing product loads for at least 100 yards.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• A valid Class 5 driver’s license.
• Own a personal vehicle for work purposes.
• Current vehicle liability insurance.
• Clean driving record over the last three years.
• Experience in grocery, retail, warehousing, or related fields preferred.
• Experience working independently preferred.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred.
