Buduchnist Credit Union, operating as BCU Financial, is seeking a part‑time Member Services Representative (MSR). The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling member transactions, and guiding members to use banking technology.

Strong interpersonal skills and product knowledge are essential. The MSR will work as a frontline representative, promoting financial products, supporting Treasury duties, and ensuring compliance with privacy laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience handling cash and transactions.
• Strong customer service focus with sales-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Able to communicate in Ukrainian is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, cash or certified cheques, renew GICs).
• Answer incoming calls regarding billing, product issues, and general inquiries.
• Assist members to use available technology (ATM, online banking, e-transfers).
• Initiate requests for cheques, member cards, stop payments, statements, and account updates.
• Promote and sell financial products to meet member needs and sales goals.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations and policies.
