Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Loss Prevention experience.
• Ontario PI Licence or willingness to obtain prior to starting.
• Security Guard Licence plus PI Licence is a strong asset.
• Strong observation, communication, and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct covert surveillance of retail floors and high-risk areas.
• Identify and investigate shoplifting, fraud and theft.
• Monitor activity to detect potential losses and ensure proper purchases.
• Complete loss prevention audits and detailed incident reports.
• Safely apprehend individuals following company policy and law.
• Collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed.
