Algonquin College is seeking a part‑time Student Print Experience Advisor to assist students with printing at The Print Shop on the Ottawa campus. You will help with self‑service printing on AC printers and provide full‑service support at the counter, ensuring a smooth experience for students.

For students to be eligible for ISEF positions, they must be registered in a full‑time program, be a international fee‑paying student.
The part‑time Student Print Experience Advisor works under the direction of the Manager, Print Services to aid students with printing at The Print Shop to AC printers for self‑service printing and to the customer service counter for full‑service printing.
In the Student Print Experience Advisor role, the incumbent must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, be able to communicate clearly, problem‑solve effectively, work independently as well as within a team, and be available to work up to 24 hours per week.
The Student Print Experience Advisor is a key role in assisting students with printing documents to print to AC printers and full‑service printers.
In this role, the Student Print Experience Advisor will assist students with installing College print software on their personal devices, guide students in preparing documents to print, assist students with printing on AC printers and to the full‑service Printshop printers.
The Student Print Experience Advisor will operate Print Shop printer software, printers and bindery equipment to fulfill student print orders.
*This position requires regular ON‑SITE work at the Ottawa Campus.
