You will evaluate dialogue flow, calibrate trust, ensure tone alignment, and advocate for accessible, inclusive AI experiences across languages and cultures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HCI, cognitive psychology, UX research or behavioral economics.
• Native-level proficiency (C2+) in your primary language.
• English proficiency: minimum B1 for global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conversational UX auditing to ensure state retention and concise answers.
• Trust calibration analysis to refine AI confidence and reduce frustration.
• Develop and test personas to align tone across industries.
