Qualifications

• Minimum 2,800 hours of nursing experience (including maternity, mental health, or acute care).
• Current full registration with the BCCNM as an LPN, RN, or RDPN is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality instruction in clinical settings.
• Execute lesson plans using a preset curriculum and in-house training.
• Provide hands-on training and supervision in clinical environments.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
• Stay current with best practices in nursing education.
