Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Education or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of middle school math and the British Columbia curriculum.
• Experience teaching Grades 8–9 or middle school math is considered an asset.
• A creative, organized, and student‑centred approach to teaching.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in Canada.

Our small class sizes allow teachers to build strong relationships with students and deliver engaging, inquiry‑based learning experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to help build and shape our growing middle school program from the ground up.

Position Details

• Schedule: 8:30-11:30 Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Hours: 9 hours per week
• Compensation: $30–35/hour, depending on qualifications and experience
• Start Date: September 2026
