Job summary

Rocky View Schools invites applications for a part-time Grade 5/6 Science teaching position at Banded Peak School in Bragg Creek. The role is approx. 0.5 FTE and starts immediately. Applicants must be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate and provide required references and background checks.

New graduates are welcome to apply with practicum reports. This role is not open to those holding a Continuing Teaching contract with RVS.

Qualifications

• Alberta Teaching Certificate eligibility or ability to obtain one.
• New/Recent Graduates: submit practicum report.
• External applicants must provide a professional letter of reference from their most recent supervisor, on letterhead, dated within the past 18 months.
• Criminal Record with Vulnerable Sector Check within 30 days of start.
