Job summary

GEOX S.p.a. is seeking a Sales Associate to join our Vancouver-area retail team. You will support sales and store operations, ensure stockroom organization, and uphold health and safety standards. You will deliver outstanding customer service and help communicate product promotions and events.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will stay informed on GEOX technologies, products, and seasonal trends to engage customers and drive sales. Prior retail experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

Education: High School or College Degree or commensurate retail experience.
Minimum 2 years' experience in retail, results-driven and customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

Inventory Management: maintain stockroom organization; handle consolidations, recalls, markdowns, shipments.
Loss Prevention: follow cash handling policies to secure store assets.
Health & Safety: maintain safe work environment and follow ladder policy.
Store Set-up & Organization: keep stockrooms, cash desks, and binders organized.
Communication: use tools to stay updated on business performance and tasks.
Learning: participate in meetings and training to enhance skills.
Customer Service: deliver exceptional service; build loyalty via email capture and GEOX@Home.
Visual Merchandising: support directives; maintain selling floor appearance; implement monthly visuals.
Brand Ambassador: know GEOX products, tech, and season trends; engage customers confidently.
