Job summary

GEOX Shoes is seeking a proactive Key Holder to support store leadership in Burnaby. You will drive customer experience, supervise staff, manage cash operations and uphold brand standards across visuals and inventory.

Collaboration with Store Manager and Head Office is essential to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets. Minimum 2 years in retail, with strong communication, leadership, and POS skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, results-focused and customer-centric environment.
• Strong communication and leading others to drive sales and operations.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• On-boarding and training new and promoted employees.
• Maintain a fun, productive store atmosphere and open communication with Head Office.
• Lead cash operations, open/close, deposits and register audits.
• Maximize sales through proactive selling and store operations oversight.
• Maintain visual standards, stockroom organization and inventory processes.
• Communicate with staff via emails and meetings to align on goals.
