Job Description: Under the general direction of the Operations Manager(s), this position oversees daily Food & Beverage operations at a multi-venue location. Responsibilities include ensuring policy adherence, motivating staff, providing a learning environment, and maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere for team members and guests. The role involves delivering performance reviews, participating in recruitment, and supporting the company's policies and procedures.

Position Summary: Similar to the job description above, emphasizing leadership and operational oversight in Food & Beverage services.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Oversee F&B operations on a shift basis; develop performance objectives and review staff performance.
  2. Schedule and supervise team members; verify attendance; assign shifts; ensure coverage and control costs.
  3. Complete shift reports; track quality and guest issues; communicate with management.
  4. Assist in hiring; organize and monitor training.
  5. Assess guest alcohol consumption and communicate decisions.
  6. Order supplies; participate in inventory counts.
  7. Perform front-line F&B duties as needed.
  8. Provide F&B expertise; liaise with operational departments and stakeholders.
  9. Ensure compliance with licensing, health, safety, and statutory regulations.
  10. Manage additional initiatives as required.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma; post-secondary in hospitality or equivalent experience.
  • F&B experience and leadership role (minimum 1 year).
  • POS experience; WHMIS (asset); ability to obtain Gaming License, Smart Serve, Food Handlers Certificates.
  • Strong communication skills; computer literacy in MS Office.

Work Environment: Office, restaurant, or casino setting; standing/walking for long periods; exposure to noise, odors, verbal abuse; non-traditional hours.
