Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-end banquet and event management.
• High school diploma or GED (asset).
• Serving It Right certificate.
• Valid work permit/authorization to work in Canada.
• First Aid and CPR certification (Nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients upon entrance, provide prompt, friendly and professional service.
• Remove dirty dishes, linens, glassware and flatware from tables and counters; transport items to the stock area.
• Reset tables with silverware, linens, napkins and glassware according to dining room rules.
• Maintain operating supplies (china, dishes, glassware, utensils) and restock as needed.
• Provide attentive service throughout the dining experience.
