Job summary

Affinity Credit Union in Saskatchewan is looking for a part-time Member Advisor to assist members with daily banking and provide trusted financial guidance. You will deliver exceptional service and act as a financial partner in helping members manage their finances.

You will identify opportunities to support members’ goals, advise on credit and investment products, and collaborate with specialist teams to connect members with loans, wealth services and planning experts.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand a member’s overall financial picture and provide appropriate advice and solutions.
• Preference for experience in the financial services industry.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service as a trusted financial partner to members.
• Identify opportunities to help members reach financial goals and suggest credit and investment products.
• Collaborate with specialty teams to connect members with loans, wealth services and planning experts.
• Educate members on digital channels and use of CRM in daily work.
• Act as ambassador of Affinity’s values and serve both members and non-members.
