Job summary

Encore Market Engagement is seeking a PART-TIME Sales & Merchandising Representative in Peterborough, ON. You will act as the customer service and product expert, driving in-store sales and ensuring shelf execution across outlets you cover.

You’ll build strong relationships with store personnel, support new product launches, and manage POS materials, stock, and Call Coverage targets. A reliable vehicle and internet access are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or merchandising is preferred.
• Part-time, long-term commitment is expected.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance is required.
• High-speed internet at home and MS Office proficiency are important.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by building displays and placing point-of-sale materials.
• Conduct Merchandising: Main Shelf, Displays & Stock Replenishment.
• Support new product launches and distribution accuracy.
• Check distribution voids and out-of-stocks; correct as needed.
• Build relationships with store personnel and provide excellent customer service.
• Meet daily call targets for retail visits and coverage.
• Ensure product quality control and report field insights via iPad.
