Job summary

COSTI is hiring a part-time ESL program coordinator in Toronto. The role leads day-to-day operations, supports program administration, and ensures smooth delivery across Peel, Toronto, and York Region. You will manage enrollment, attendance, and data entry while guiding instructors and volunteers to maintain quality service.

The position requires a community college diploma or equivalent and 2+ years supporting newcomer language programs, with Teams and LMS experience as assets.

Qualifications

• Community college diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years supporting or leading a newcomer language or skills program.
• TESL Ontario certification is an asset.
• PBLA/training or LMS experience is an asset.
• Experience with Teams and hybrid teaching tech is an asset.
• Experience using HARTs and internal databases is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in day-to-day ESL program operations and supports administration across sites.
• Oversees enrollment processes, waitlists, and student registrations.
• Responds to student inquiries by phone, email, and in person with guidance.
• Maintains records using SharePoint and internal systems.
• Monitors attendance, withdrawals, transfers and level movement.
• Coordinates guest speakers, workshops, and travel between GTA locations.
