Job summary

Bridgeport Crew is seeking a Part-Time/Casual Custodian to support multiple client sites across the Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area. The role pays 21.66 CAD per hour, with shifts on Tuesdays and Fridays (11:00–16:00 and 16:30–19:30).

Responsibilities include cleaning, waste disposal, inventory upkeep, and travel between sites. Flexible, casual availability and the ability to work independently are essential. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or custodial experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to work flexible, casual hours including evenings, weekends, and short-notice shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on job site.

Pay Rate:21.66/hr

Location: Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge

Hours: Tuesday and Friday - 11AM - 4PM and 4:30PM-7:30PM
