Blush Lane is looking for a Part Time Deli Supervisor to join our growing team at the Aspen Woods location!

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Purchasing/Ordering
• Inventory Control
• Analyzing and responding to product movement
• Displays and Merchandising
• Quality Control
• Supervising and arranging ongoing training of Deli Employees
• Creating a cleaning schedule and ensuring compliance
• Receiving and Claims management
• Performance Management
• Fostering teamwork and cooperation within the department
• Deli Management responsibilities, including opening and closing the store
• This role supports both the grocery & deli departments of the store

Minimum Requirements:

• Industry and Product Knowledge
• Supervisory Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience in retail food sales
• Proven ability to lead a team and develop employees
• Food Safe Certificate
• Standard first aid
• Able to stand most of the day, lift, work in freezers and coolers, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have evening and weekend availability
