What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Cash handling and reconciliation
• Purchasing / Ordering
• Inventory Control
• Analyzing and responding to product movement
• Displays and Merchandising
• Quality Control
• Supervising and training Deli Employees
• Creating a cleaning schedule and ensuring compliance
• Receiving and Claims management
• Performance Management
• Fostering teamwork within the department
• Managing deli operations, including opening and closing the store
• This role supports both the grocery and deli departments

Minimum Requirements

• Industry and Product Knowledge
• Supervisory Experience
• Customer Service Experience
• Experience in retail food sales
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Food Safe Certificate
• Standard First Aid
• Ability to stand most of the day, lift, work in freezers and coolers, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Evening and weekend availability
