Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fredericton is seeking a part-time evening janitorial technician in the Fredericton area. The role requires owning reliable transportation to and from job sites and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment after 5pm Mon-Thu and Sundays after 11am.

A valid driver’s license, reliability, and good English communication are essential. Experience in janitorial work is helpful but not mandatory; candidates must be flexible, able to work independently or with others, and

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation to/from job sites.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Janitorial experience is an asset, but not required.
• Flexible with hours and able to stay late or come early as needed.
• Able to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Police background check and security clearances may be required.

Responsibilities

• Building cleaning and upkeep.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Disinfect touch points and surfaces.
• Vacuuming and dusting.
• Clean and disinfect washrooms.
• Remove garbage and maintain cleanliness.
• Work at multiple locations around Fredericton.
• Assist coworkers as needed.

Part Time evening Janitorial

We are currently looking for a cleaning technician in Fredericton area that can work in a fast-paced environment that have their own means of transportation to and from job sites.

Hours would be approximately:

Hours would vary depending on the shifts selected, all shifts would be after 5pm Monday through Thursday evening and Sunday’s after 11am.

The successful candidates are required to have the following:

• - Have a valid driver’s license & transportation to/from the jobsite.
• - Reliability is key to being the successful candidate.
• - Experience in Janitorial work would be considered an asset, but not necessary.
• - Be flexible with hours, willing to stay late/come early if required.
• - Able to work independently & around people
• - Be able to provide a police background check and willing to complete security clearances as required.
• - Able to take direction well, and able to work independently.
• - Able to communicate in English both verbally and written.
• - Be able to work various locations throughout the city
• - Be energetic and able to perform duties within time frames
• - Have an eye for detail cleaning

Job Duties would include but not limited to.

Building Cleaning.

• - Sweeping/Mopping
• - Disinfecting touch points
• - Vacuuming
• - Cleaning/disinfecting washrooms
• - Dusting
• - General cleaning duties
• - Garbage removal
