• Experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical work, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on maintenance tasks across properties.
• Oversee contractor work, obtain quotes, and assist with major projects.
• Develop preventative maintenance schedules for buildings, grounds, and equipment.
• Maintain records and safety logs related to safety or security.
• Keep entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas safe and clean.
• Manage garbage/recycling and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Monitor landscaping and seasonal maintenance.
