Job summary

Hive Retail Solutions is seeking energetic Brand Ambassadors to represent health-focused brands at in-store roadshows and product demos across Canada. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with customers and creating excitement around premium products.

You will prepare samples, educate shoppers about benefits and usage, and maintain clean demo stations while following food-safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage customers.
• Customer service, sales, promotions, or brand ambassador experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently while representing the brand consistently and professionally.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Brands professionally and enthusiastically at in-store roadshows and demos.
• Prepare, portion, and distribute product samples in accordance with food safety standards.
• Engage customers in conversation, explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage, and answer questions confidently.
• Create excitement and “buzz” around the brand through friendly, proactive customer interaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised demo station at all times.
• Follow all Store, brand, and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of demo stations as required.
• Provide basic feedback or reporting after demo shifts (as required)
