Job summary

Hive Retail Solutions is seeking energetic, customer-focused Brand Ambassadors for in-store roadshows and product demonstrations across Calgary, AB. The role centers on engaging customers, distributing samples, and educating on premium health brands.

The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with people, work well independently, and represent the brand with professionalism while standing for extended periods in busy retail environments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer service, sales, promotions, or brand ambassador experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently while representing the brand consistently and professionally.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Brands professionally and enthusiastically at in-store roadshows and demos.
• Prepare, portion, and distribute product samples in accordance with food safety standards.
• Engage customers in conversation, explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage, and answer questions confidently.
• Create excitement and buzz around the brand through friendly, proactive customer interaction.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised demonstration at all times.
• Follow all Store, brand, and food safety guidelines.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of demo stations as required.
• Provide basic feedback or reporting after demo shifts.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking energetic,outgoing, and customer-focused Brand Ambassadors to represent Brandsat in-store roadshows and product demonstrations in various locations acrossthe country.

This role is ideal forindividuals who are passionate about health, wellness, and nutrition, enjoyengaging with people, and can confidently create excitement around a premiumconsumer brand. Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for preparing and distributingproduct samples, educating customers, and driving brand awareness throughpositive, high-energy interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Brands professionally andenthusiastically at in-store roadshows and demos
• Prepare, portion, and distribute product samples inaccordance with food safety standards
• Engage customers in conversation, explain productbenefits, ingredients, and usage, and answer questions confidently
• Create excitement and “buzz” around the brandthrough friendly, proactive customer interaction
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised demostation at all times
• Follow all Store, brand, and food safety guidelines
• Assist with setup and breakdown of demo stations asrequired
• Provide basic feedback or reporting after demoshifts (as required)

Required Skills &Experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing personality with a naturalability to engage customers
• Customer service, sales, promotions, or brandambassador experience is an asset
• Ability to work independently while representingthe brand consistently and professionally
• Comfortable standing for extended periods andperforming light physical tasks (e.g., lifting demo supplies)

Availability Requirements

• Ability to work weekdays and/or weekends, basedon demo schedules
• Flexibility to work varying hours depending onstore and roadshow requirements
• Reliable transportation to and from assigned storelocations

Certifications &Compliance

• Valid Food Safety Certificate (advantageous)
• Willingness to comply with background checkrequirements where applicable
• Must be legally eligible to work in the country
