Job summary

Hive Retail Solutions Ltd is seeking Brand Ambassadors for part-time, in-store roadshows and product demonstrations across Canada. This role targets health, wellness, and nutrition, with samples distribution and customer education to build brand awareness.

Ideal candidates are energetic, approachable, and able to stand for long periods while delivering high-energy experiences that drive product interest and engagement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage customers.
• Customer service, sales, promotions, or brand ambassador experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently while representing the brand consistently and professionally.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing light physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Represent Brands professionally and enthusiastically at in-store roadshows and demos.
• Prepare, portion, and distribute product samples following food safety standards.
• Engage customers, explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage.
• Create excitement and buzz around the brand through proactive interactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe demo station and follow safety guidelines.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of demo stations as required.
• Provide basic feedback after demo shifts.
