Job summary

ATB Financial is hiring a Client Service Representative for the Fort Macleod branch. You will greet clients, assess their financial needs, and offer personalized banking solutions.

You’ll help customers access digital tools and ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations in a friendly, secure manner. This part-time role (21.75 hours/week) supports a unionized environment, with occasional travel to neighboring branches as needed.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 graduation; post-secondary business courses an asset.
• Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
• Familiarity with personal lending services and products is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates with previous banking experience.
• Flexible and collaborative team player with a passion for helping others.
• Adaptable to change, with strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
• Introduce and educate clients on digital banking tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve client issues.
• Adhere to policies and regulations, accurately processing transactions and safeguarding branch assets.
