Job summary

ATB Financial is seeking a Client Service Representative at the La Crete, AB branch. You will welcome clients, understand their financial needs, offer personalized solutions, and connect them with the right resources to support their financial goals.

As part of a unionized team, you will deliver friendly, efficient service, promote digital banking tools, and ensure accurate, secure transactions. Strong numerical ability and prior banking or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 graduate with strong numerical aptitude.
• Post-secondary business courses are an asset.
• Proven customer service and/or sales experience.
• Familiarity with personal lending products is a plus.
• Preference given to candidates with banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assist clients with banking needs and provide friendly service.
• Promote and educate clients on digital banking tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate transactions and service quality.
• Follow policies and protect branch assets and customer information.
• Participate in unionized team environment and branch initiatives.
