What you will do:

Responsibilities include leading a theatre, managing staff, ensuring safety and health compliance, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

What you need to become a successful member of this Team:

• Demonstrate strong communication (oral & written), organization, management, and leadership skills required to lead a theatre.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong computer aptitude.
• Ability to initiate innovative and creative sales and food service activities.
• Safe food handling certification is an asset.
• Awareness of health, safety, and environmental legislation relevant to theatre operations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities, develop employees, and meet financial and reporting targets.
• Previous management experience in theatre, fast food, restaurant, or similar environment is an asset but not required.
