Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking enthusiastic ABA Instructor Therapists to provide one-on-one therapy in home and school settings across Scarborough, Markham, and Pickering. This contract, part-time role offers sessions during weekdays with optional weekend shifts, under BCBA/RBA supervision.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with families and professionals, and maintaining thorough documentation. A background in ABA and a valid Ontario driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA therapy experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Valid Ontario Driver's Licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
• Permanent Resident or legally eligible to work in Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA/RBA supervision.
• Support client goals through evidence-based teaching and behaviour strategies.
• Collect and record data accurately to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and other professionals involved in the client's care.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Coach and educate caregivers on strategies that promote skill development and
• Encourage family involvement during therapy sessions to maximize outcomes.
• Maintain professional documentation and adhere to company policies and procedures
