Job summary

Sobkow Technologies Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Operator to keep facilities and grounds in safe, clean, and functional condition at Souris Glenwood Parks and Recreation sites.

Responsibilities include operating grounds equipment, basic repairs, and routine inspections to support park operations and public service. The role requires collaboration with staff, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating grounds maintenance equipment.
• Ability to read WHMIS labels and safety data sheets.
• Ability to perform minor plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and mechanical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate grounds maintenance equipment and perform routine upkeep.
• Conduct campground and facility maintenance across multiple sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings and machinery.
• Provide courteous service to the public and staff, report issues promptly.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, safe facilities.
