• Cemetery Operations & Customer Service: Manage cemetery records, permits, and inquiries with empathy for families during sensitive times.
• Parks Administrative Support: Provide scheduling, correspondence, file management, and data compilation.
• SharePoint Site Administration: Serve as primary admin for the Parks SharePoint site and train team members.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with internal departments, funeral homes, and the public; document discussions and actions.
• Data Management & Reporting: Use Excel to compile, analyze, and report on cemetery and parks data.
• Health and Safety: Follow the Town of Canmore Health & Safety directives and report incidents.
