Litigation Legal Assistant – Full-Time | In-Office (Toronto) Salary : $65,000–$80,000 Talent Renew is excited to partner with a reputable and long-established Toronto-based law firm recognized for its excellence in commercial leasing, real estate, and litigation. The firm has maintained a strong presence in the legal market for over three decades, offering a dynamic and supportive work environment where legal professionals thrive. As part of the firm’s continued growth, we seek an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join the litigation practice group. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with skilled lawyers on complex litigation matters from start to finish, making a tangible impact in a high-performing team. Draft and prepare standard litigation documents, including first drafts of pleadings, orders, and court materials File and serve legal documents in compliance with Ontario court procedures Manage legal correspondence and liaise with clients, courts, and external counsel Assist with scheduling examinations for discovery and other key litigation events Support with billing entries and basic invoicing tasks Proofread and edit legal documents and correspondence Provide administrative and back-up support as needed Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting a litigation practice in a law firm Legal Assistant Diploma / Certificate required Solid knowledge of the Ontario Rules of Civil Procedure Strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite Understanding of commercial leasing and / or construction litigation is an asset This is a full-time, in-office role based in downtown Toronto Apply today through Talent Renew to join a litigation team where your expertise will be valued and your career growth supported.
