Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience wiring automated equipment.
• Ability to read/understand electrical schematics.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to use variety of hand/power tools and test equipment related to panel builder duties.

Responsibilities

• Panel Construction; Build and wire panels from scratch reading electrical schematics.
• Field wiring to either the panel I/O or field mount I/O devices.
• Pneumatic plumbing; read and understand Pneumatic schematics.
• Mounting electrical controls components to the machine and fabricating mounting brackets as required.
• Must be able to read and understand electrical schematic.
• Troubleshoot and debug and diagnose trouble or defects, determine corrective action and repairs.
• Ensure equipment is in proper working condition after troubleshooting.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics on automation system and components.
• Provide status updates to management on assigned projects.
