Job summary

Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Hybrid PAM Engineer for our client in Canada. This contract-to-permanent role requires 2 days/week on site in Toronto, Mississauga or Guelph, ON, with an initial 6–12 month engagement.

The successful candidate will implement and manage Privileged Access Management solutions, collaborate with security, infrastructure, and project teams, and help strengthen privileged identity controls across the enterprise.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on PAM experience.
  • 5–8 years in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
  • Experience implementing, administering, or supporting enterprise PAM solutions.
  • Strong experience with CyberArk; Delinea is a strong asset.
  • Experience with Centrify and HashiCorp.
  • Understanding of privileged identity management, credential management, least-privilege, and session management.
  • Experience participating in enterprise security implementation or migration projects.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days/week) in Toronto, Mississauga, or Guelph.
  • Hands-on Delinea PAM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation, configuration, and administration of PAM solutions.
  • Deploy and integrate a new PAM platform into the enterprise.
  • Manage privileged accounts, credential vaulting, session management, and access controls.
  • Onboard systems and applications into the PAM solution with security teams.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PAM technologies and integrations.
  • Participate in security projects, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
  • Support audit, compliance, and governance related to privileged access.
  • Provide operational support and resolve privileged access issues.

Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Hybrid PAM Engineer for our client in Canada. This role requires 2 days/week on site in Toronto, Mississauga or Guelph, ON.

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a PAM (Privileged Access Management) Engineer for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. The initial contract will be 6–12 months, with the intention of converting to a full-time permanent position. The successful candidate will support the implementation and ongoing management of a new Privileged Access Management solution while collaborating with cross-functional security, infrastructure, and project teams to strengthen privileged identity and access controls across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and administration of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Assist with the deployment and integration of a new PAM platform into the enterprise environment.
  • Manage privileged accounts, credential vaulting, session management, and access controls.
  • Work with security, infrastructure, and application teams to onboard systems and applications into the PAM solution.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot PAM technologies, including integrations with existing security tools.
  • Participate in security projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and implementation standards.
  • Support audit, compliance, and governance initiatives related to privileged access.
  • Provide operational support and resolve issues related to privileged access technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) technologies.
  • 5–8 years of overall experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity.
  • Experience implementing, administering, or supporting enterprise PAM solutions.
  • Strong experience with CyberArk; experience with Delinea is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with Centrify and HashiCorp.
  • Understanding of privileged identity management, credential management, least-privilege principles, and privileged session management.
  • Experience participating in enterprise security implementation or migration projects.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days per week) in Toronto, Mississauga, or Guelph.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Delinea Privileged Access Management solutions.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, AWS, Delinea Certification, CyberArk Certification, or equivalent security certifications.
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and privileged identity governance.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments.
  • Familiarity with security governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
  • Experience working in Agile project environments.
Compensation

Salary Range: $90.00 – $110.00per hour
