  • Collects patient information for appropriate nursing care.
  • Collaborates with the interdisciplinary health care team.

Demonstrated understanding of the scope of practice of other health care disciplines
Knowledge in the field of palliative care
Ability to apply clinical knowledge in practice
Ability to determine and deal with emergency situations

Experience with patients living with advanced illness

Education

Graduation from an approved school of Nursing
Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse
One year recent acute nursing experience
