Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing with current practicing registration in BC.
• Three years of recent nursing experience in the designated clinical area, including two years of adult teaching/mentoring/preceptoring or equivalent.
• Valid BC Driver’s License as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing education and instruction for staff and patients using adult education principles.
• Support continuous quality improvement and standard of care in the clinical team.
• Provide guidance on applying the nursing process in patient care.
